This property is located in the RR-1 B which is a residential zoning <br /> district and all signage within this district is regulated by City Code Section 78-1467. Permitted <br /> signage within the R districts is limited to a 12 sq. ft. nameplate sign (for permitted conditional <br /> uses). A sign permit is required to re-face an existing sign (application enclosed). Temporary <br /> signage is not specifically permitted. As discussed with Michael Dick with JDI Signs 8� <br /> Graphics, all signage on this property must be approved through a Conditional Use Permit <br /> process with the exception of the re-facing. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that all temporary signage displayed at the above <br /> address must be removed upon receipt of this notice. The property will be reinspected on <br /> March 9, 2012 for compliance. A sign permit is required for the new pylon re-face. Please <br /> submit a Permanent Sign Application before March 9, 2012 with all required submittals. <br /> An after-the-fact(double) fee will apply to this permit. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Code for your reference as well as the necessary permit <br /> applications.
