Webber added that the State asked what is the real use of the building. Following that
logic, the State(Scott McClellan)told both Oman and himself that they would classify the building
as an E occupancy.
Grace suggested the Board make their decision and give it to them in writing with a copy to the
State. Oman noted the State can uphold or reverse the decision of the Board. Webber added that
the State's opinion took into consideration the size of the building (50' x 30') and the exits.
A vote was taken to affirm the reclassification of occupancy use for the building located at 2180
North Shore Drive.
