The owner, Mr. Marty Schneider, intends to bring the current building to an existing Group <br /> B Occupancy standard. From an abbreviated review,providing this is an existing facility and is not <br /> under going a `change in use', the owner intends to install illuminated exit signs and smoke detectors as <br /> required for a Group B Occupancy. This issue does not forgo my client's full intent to bring the cunent <br /> building to Group E-1 Occupancy requirements. <br /> Again, thank you for your time and attention on this matter.
