We have designed <br /> the new foundations using roof and floor dead loads, a snow load of 35 psf, and a 40 psf floor live load in <br /> accordance with the Minnesota State Building Code. Our work only includes designing the new foundations <br /> as shown at the above reference project and is based on drawings provided by you and from our <br /> conversations. <br /> Attached are sheets A1.0,A1.1, and A3.0—A3.2 with annotated framing notes, schedules, and detail <br /> sketches showing the new foundations and connections at the house. All framing and foundations shall be <br /> shored and temporarily braced as required by the contractor and all minimum nailing shall be in accordance <br /> with IRC Table R602.3(1). Please see the structural notes for material strengths, general construction notes, <br /> and soil bearing references. <br /> When installed as indicated above, the new foundations shown on the attached sheets shall support the <br /> loads as required in accordance with the Minnesota State Building Code.
