As allowed under the ordinance it is recommended that <br /> the following be required of the applicant. <br /> 1. The contractor completing the seeding provide documentation of what was seeded and planted by <br /> providing a seed tag or invoice to insure installation is completed per the plan. <br /> 2. If the wetland delineation review completed by the watershed districts increases the wetland boundary by <br /> more then 5 feet in any area then the buffer will need to be adjusted on the plan accordingly. <br /> 3. Silt fence be installed above the buffer. There is one location where the silt fence is currently shown below <br /> the buffer. <br /> 4. Permanent signage installed along the upslope edge of the buffer prior to construction. The signs should <br /> be located no further then 50 feet apart and located to capture the extent of the buffer. Signs will be <br /> provided by the City. <br /> 5. Provide the City a letter of credit or escrow amount of$3,500.
