�. -� t <br /> ♦ <br /> � O� <br /> O O � <br /> �b CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ti <br /> ��� G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �' 3197 <br /> �kESH�g' NO. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or <br /> more of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the preliminary plat application of James <br /> and Sarah Markoe per the survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated <br /> December 18, 1989, revised September 24, 1992, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Applicant shall dedicate 8-1/2' of right-of-way for <br /> public road purposes. , <br /> 2. Applicant shall grant conservation and flowage <br /> easements over the drainage swale that intersects both <br /> Lots 1 and 2 , over the designated channel that <br /> intersects the property below the 930 elevation and the <br /> designated wetlands that slightly encroach the northern <br /> boundaries of Lot 1. <br /> 3. Septic areas must be staked prior to the issuance of <br /> building permits for new residential construction on <br /> either lot. <br /> FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br /> The fol lowing Iist of final submittals must be submitted to <br /> the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly <br /> scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br /> month: <br /> l. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2 ) mylar <br /> copies and one (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to <br /> include: <br /> A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark <br /> S. Gronberg dated December 18, 1989, revised � <br /> September 24, 1992. <br /> B. Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' <br /> , wide along all perimeter property lines and 5' <br /> each side of internal property lines - this may be <br /> omitted along the east boundary where the City <br /> will obtain drainage easements for channel. <br /> Designate and dedicate drainage easements over the <br /> following: <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
