The site is located west of North Arm Lane and north of North Arm Drive in the northwest <br /> quarter of Section 6. <br /> The grading plan, drainage calculations and proposed pond design appear acceptable from an engineering <br /> standpoint. We would recommend that the existing 12-inch CMP under North Arm Lane be inspected and <br /> replaced if necessary when the pond is constructed. Outlet structure details should be provided with the final <br /> construction plans.
