Except in the case of <br /> Planned Residential Developments as provided for hereinafter, no <br /> �'���, more than one principal bui lding shall be located on a lot except <br /> that staff may issue a permit to use a manufactured home that shall <br /> meet a 1 1 required setback standards or an existing dwel ling while a <br /> new principal structure is being constructed. Such permit shall be <br /> issued for a period of 3 months, any extensions must be approved by <br /> the City and shall expire upon issuance of a certificate of <br /> occupancy for the new structure and such structure removed. <br /> Source: Ordinance 26, 2nd Series <br /> Adopted: 7-14-86 <br /> Subd. 8. Lots to Face Streets. Each lot shall face on a <br /> public street or appropriate private easement. <br /> Subd. 9. Accessory Buildings. <br /> A. Time of Construction. No accessory building or <br /> structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to the time of <br /> construction of the principal building to which it is accessory. <br /> B. Height Restrictions.
