Photos 65 to 68 are a panoramic taken from my
property looking east. Photo number 65 has my bright pink corner marker in the foreground
(this has been painted this color for years), just above it in the green foliage you can just make
out the pink corner marker for Martha Williams. If I am correct, all of the property to the right
of the line of the two corner markers is park land that they cleared.
Photo .0947 is taken from their yard looking up at my property. The yellow rope is my property
line, showing the encroachment on my property. As I stated, I have notified them of this issue,
and am meeting with them to resolve it. They are also aware of my concerns for the park land
and the erosion issue.
My concern for Orono is park encroachment and soil erosion. The east end of their property is
right next to the watershed creek that is on Martha Williams property. Orono worked very hard
with Martha to create proper watershed into this creek during her house remodel.
The park hiking trail is now about 5 feet from the clearing, where it used to be about 25 feet from
their property line with forestation in between.
Katy Webb is the property owner, and her husband of one month, Dave Rogeloski supervised the
bob cat work. Katie has stated many times since they moved in early this summer that Dave is a
project starter and never finishes what he starts. This gives me even further cause for concern of
this situation.
I have gotten along well with these neighbors in the past, and hope we can come to a positive
resolution to this situation.
Thanks,
Linda Theisen
952-412-6575
The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:
IMG_0947.JPG
IMG_0965.JPG
IMG_0966.JPG
IMG_0967.JPG
IMG_0968.JPG
i
