This application was reviewed as Zoning File r2618. <br /> 2. This property is located in the LR-1B Zoning District, �vhere 1 acre is the minimum <br /> lot area. The property consists of approximately .72 acres. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on September 18, 2000 <br /> and recommended approval by a vote of 7 to 0. <br /> 4.
