Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and find the proposed request does not meet City code. <br /> According to City Code Section 18-136(a), one curb cut (driveway) is allowed per parcel. Further, City Code Section <br /> 18-136(g)requires a turnaround for driveways that enter onto a county road. Please remove one of the driveways and <br /> have the survey and hardcover calculations updated. Please note the City engineer has not reviewed the survey so <br /> additional comments may be forthcoming. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
