Christine Mattson
From: Wendy Johnson [wendyj@pointsofviewinc.com]
Sent: Saturday, April 12, 2014 1:48 PM
To: Christine Mattson
Subject: Escrow fund release details
Hi Christine,
Now that spring at least pretends to be here, we are double checking on the details that are needed before our
escrow money will be released back to us for our addition project. We understand that a final as-built survey is
needed. We are first going to have some final grading done since soil has settled after the winter and after that,
we are planning to set up our final survey. After the grading is done (sometime after May 1), we plan to seed the
area. Do we need to have the seed actually actively growing before we can get the final survey and our escrow
back or can we do the final survey immediately after the grading and before the seeds start sprouting? We know
we need to keep the silt fence up until the seeds have established themselves but it's not clear to us if the seed
establishment is critical to the escrow return.
Thanks for your help!
Wendy
Wendy Johnson & Jim Gambone
1360 North Arm Drive
Mound/Orono, MN 55364
612-817-8222
1
