When you come <br /> in to pick up the permit we will need the attached escrow agreement signed also. If you don't have access to a printer, <br /> we will have a copy ready for signature when you arrive. Both of your names are on the agreement, but only one <br /> signature is required. <br /> The total cost is$2,050-$2,000 for the escrow and $50 for the permit fee.
