Ailow them to cut down and remove two trees— labeled (1) and (2) on the <br /> attached diagram. <br /> b. Allow them to remove brush and small trees, with the exception of pagoda <br /> dogwoods, from a portion of our property, in the vicinity of those trees. (The <br /> pagoda dogwoods have been identified to Janene.) <br /> c. Allow them to trim off the lower branches of two trees— labeled (3) and (4) on the <br /> attached diagram. <br /> In addition, after the trimming of trees (3) and (4), and only if it is deemed appropriate by <br /> a!I parties, trees (3) and (4) may be removed. <br /> Please retain this document in both property files.
