Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and requests the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> n <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. A survey dated 4-15-2016 was submitted with the application; however the survey is <br /> incomplete. Attached is a copy of the Cit�s Survey Requirements. <br /> a. The scale is shown as 1"=20'; it's actually 1"=40'. Please correct. <br /> b. Show the average lakeshore setback line. Show the lakeward most portion of the house to the south <br /> (950 North Arm Drive)and draw a line between the lakeward most portion of the house to the north <br /> and south. Attached is a copy of the City Code Section78-1279 which includes the definition of average <br /> lakeshore setback. <br /> c. Show the elevations of the slab, indicating the highest point or top of foundation. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a landscape plan must be submitted showing all <br /> the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements,i.e.patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan <br /> should include the name of the individual perForming the work. Any proposed patios, grading, sidewalks, <br /> retaining walls shown on the landscape plan should also be reflected on the survey. <br /> 3. Hardcover Calculations. The property is located in Tier 1 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District. <br /> Incomplete hardcover calculations are shown on the survey. Please have the surveyor prepare hardcover <br /> calculations, showing existing and proposed hardcover using the City's Hardcover Calculation Worksheet <br /> including the proposed slab. Enclosed is a copy of the City's Hardcover Information Packet. <br /> 4. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding <br /> your project. Please note,the City of Orono will not issue a building permit without a copy of the MCWD permit <br /> or documentation statin�the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br /> 5. Separate City Permits Required for: <br /> a. Sewer Connection <br /> City Engineer Adam Edwards says the City will work with you to remove the older grinder station on the property.
