As noted on the Zoning Disclosure Form that accompanied that permit (copy <br /> enclosed), the dock on the property was also to be removed at the time the home was <br /> demolished. The City has recently become aware that the dock was not removed. <br /> Keeping the dock is a violation of City Code Section 78-1432 (copy enclosed). This letter is to <br /> inform you that the dock must be removed immediately. The property will be inspected on <br /> Monday, July 28th for compliance.
