During this inspection it was noted that vehicles, materials and debris stored on the <br /> property are in violation of City Code Section 58-1(a) and 58-3 are noted on the following page (page <br /> 2). <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> November 30, 2004 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring your property into <br /> compliance the vehicles listed on page 2 must be currently licensed and operable, and all of the items <br /> listed on page 2 must be removed from the property or stored in an enclosed building by November <br /> 30, 2004. Please be advised, if you fail to correct the violations, request an administrative extension <br /> from City staff or request an appeal hearing before the City Council prior to the deadline, the City <br /> will correct the violations and the costs to do so will be assessed against your property [Cite: City <br /> Code 58-1(c)J. Those costs will be certified to the County Auditor and will be collected in the same <br /> manner as special assessments against your property. <br /> Please be aware that the granting of any administrative deadline extension will be based on efforts <br /> made in order to bring the property into compliance in the timeline provided. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference (page 3).
