We have the <br /> following comments in regards to engineering matters. <br /> • The proposed swales along the east and west sides of the home approach grades of 25%. This will be an <br /> erosion problem. Typical grass swales should be constructed at grades between 2% and �% to convey <br /> water without ecosion concerns. The proposed swales should be constructed utilizing methods to control <br /> erosi�n (check dams, erosion mat, etc.). <br /> • The swales adjacent to the existing portio�l of the home will be 3' to 5' feet wide without encroachind onto <br /> � the neighbor's property.
