� o . <br /> � �' CITY of ORONO <br /> - O � O <br /> �� ,� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � � .Y � =�' �, N0. � t::i _ <br /> ti <br /> ��9x o¢�G <br /> ESII � <br /> � CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the fmdings noted above, the Orono Ciry Council <br /> hereby grants a variances to Municipal Zoning Code Sections 10.03, Subdivision 13, Subdivision <br /> 14 (C) and Subdivision 15 (F).and Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 to permit the installation of a <br /> new foundation under an existing detached garage located 1' 7" from street lot line with a <br /> setback variance at 28' 3" or 83% and 1' 8" from side lot line with a side setback variance of <br /> 8' 2" or 82%, and excess of structural coverage at 657.5 s.f. or 8.2% and hardcover variance <br /> at 29.6%, subject to the following conditions: <br /> � 1. Applicant shall work with the Orono building staff to make any necessary grade <br /> changes to provide positive drainage in conjunction with installation of new <br /> foundation of garage and paving improvements in street yard. <br /> 2. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property not with the applicant, <br /> but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building <br /> permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will <br /> expire on that date (October 11, 1994). <br /> 2. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br /> ' � terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor.. <br /> 3. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms <br /> of this resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, <br /> hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the <br /> property. � <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br /> ►�.��,►�» <br />
