<br /> The effort to create Lakeview Legacy Park is being led by Citizens for Lakeview Preservation,
<br /> Inc., an all-volunteer IRS-approved 501(cJ(3J tax-exempt organization. CLP is seeking to raise

<br /> c2z� $250,000 from individuals, businesses, and grants to create a park protected by a
<br /> _ ;,r . conservation easement assuring its preservation as open space in perpetuity. Privately
<br /> owned, the park will be free and open to the public as an environmentally friendly passive
<br /> recreational area for future generations.
<br /> Once funds are raised, park development will be jointly led by �
<br /> Source Land Development, Inc. and CLP. Park maintenance �<� w �
