Tanks should be p�rnped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be punped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> 9 lnspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers <4" dia. pipe) must be installed �n each <br /> tank at next punpout.
