Any alteration wo the Public Utilities on the site requires a separate utility permit. <br /> 3. The source of the fill should be identified. <br /> 4. Contractor to provide haul route. Route will not use Orono City Streets except for the Ferndale Road West from <br /> CSAH 15 to the site. <br /> 5. Erosion and sediment control to be in place and inspected prior to commencement of and land disturbing <br /> activity. <br /> 6. Grading plan depict retaining walls over 4 ft in height. A engineered design is required prior to their <br /> construction. This can be included in the subsequent building permit.
