The City has maintained municipal sanitary sewer lines and manholes within <br /> N Hillside Place since 1965, and has maintained che capability for vehiculaz travel on Hillside <br /> � Place anly to the extent necessary to maintain the sewer system; <br /> � <br /> �. E, City Municipal Code ("Cade"�, Secdons 6.05, Subdivision 9 and 6.�6, <br /> Subdivision 9 provide standards for placement, design and cons�ucrion of residenLial <br /> driveways accessina onto gublic and private roads. Those sections srate as follows: "A. One <br /> driveway approach shall be allowed from up to twa single residential pazcels of land to the <br /> same public (or private) road provided that apgropriate easements exist between parties <br /> sharin� the driveway and driveway approach. Parcets having frontage on more than one <br /> public (private) road shall be allowed a driv�way apgroach w ane public {or private) road"; <br /> F. The 2264 Parcel and the 3300 Parcel have previously utilized a private drive <br /> within Hillside Place. - There is no current use of Hillside Place by the owner of the 2250 <br /> Parcel and the 3300 P'azcel; <br /> G.
