I don't know that I can require them submit an as-built now. I don't have a comment letter from you stating any issues or concerns you may have had. Building inspector Jim has visited the site and says it's okay and 95% vegetated. Please check your records for a comment letter. Also please stop out at the property tomorrow and let me know if you think an as-built survey is necessary or if I can refund the escrow agreement w/o an as-built survey. Thank you.
