You stated the City could inspect <br /> the empty building on June 30, 1994. Due to these statements, the City halted formal complaint <br /> procedures. As of this date, the building is still being used for commercial purposes. <br /> Therefore you leave the City no alternative but to proceed with legal action. A formal complaint <br /> will be filed on August 29, 1994 if you have not ceased commercial use of the property.
