After reviewing the report and reviewing the <br /> boundary determination in the field on January 6, 2011, I would like to express my preliminary <br /> surface waters and concurrence with the wetland boundary determination. However, I cannot officially make a decision <br /> affiliated groundwater on a boundary determination until the application is re-submitted and an on-site review is completed <br /> during the growing season(approximately May ]-October 15). The MCWD Functional Assessment <br /> resources within rhe of Wetlands (FAW) inventory map also shows the boundary in the same general location as the <br /> Distnct, including their boundary in the delineation report.
