The on-site sewage treatment system at the above address has .been inspected and appears to fall into the category checked below. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be instelled in each tank at next punpout. If tanks have not been pu�ed out within the last three years, they should be pumped out now. 10 Inspection pipe is located directl over tank baffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids accunulation).
