The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour �,�C'_— <br /> notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be maintained throughout the entire project and must � <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and ��,� <br /> hardcover calculations, if applicable must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which <br /> prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built �./ <br /> survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary.
