I believe we will be applying for a variance, but that will be the call of the homeowners and I hadn't heard back from them yet. If that is the case, is the city willing to give us the CO with the stipulation that there is an application in for a variance? If the variance is not granted,they will make the adjustment at that time. As it stands,the monuments do not pose any safety concern for living there, as a matter of fact they actually light up that particular portion of the road. I know I'm asking a lot, but can you check on that with Melanie and Adam?
