Schmidt indicated he recently purchased the property and tore down the existing house. <br /> Following the demolition, some fill was brought in without the necessary permit being obtained for that <br /> work. Schmidt indicated since it was less than 500 cubic yards,he did get administrative approval later <br /> for that work. <br /> Due to the fact that there is a wet2and on the site,the Niinnehaha Creek Watershed District was asked to <br /> =et involved and they required some additional work be completed on the site. One of the conditions was <br /> that additional dirt be brou�ht in and the area seeded. Schmidt indicated he attempted to keep the City <br /> infomied and involved in trying to resolve the issue. Schmidt sta.ted the adcutional dirt was brou=ht in <br /> and that he sent an e-ma.il notifying Staff and the Watershed District when the work was going to take <br /> ------- --- Peo?D O i'_5 -- --- <br />
