City Code Section 78-966 states permits are required for filling and grading within <br /> the City of Orono. A copy of City Code Section 78-966 is attached for your reference. Based on <br /> information provided, approximately 300 cy of material were deposited on the site requiring an after-the- <br /> fact (double fee) Zoning Permit. To date we have not received a zoning permit application for the <br /> unpermitted fill. <br /> The property is currently in violation of City Code Section 78-966; in order to bring the property into <br /> compliance you must submit a zoning permit application.
