We are <br /> still awaiting a Zoning Permit application and required submittals. Regarding the survey, it appears after <br /> cursory review additional information is required. Please revise the submitted survey to reflect the <br /> addition of the following information: <br /> 1. A legend identifying the labels shown; <br /> 2. An explanation of"%:alt mound"; <br /> 3. Illustrate the limits of completed grading; <br /> 4. Show intended grading plan; <br /> 5. Pre-fill contours;and <br /> 6. Calculate the total amount of fill brought to the site. <br /> Please submit the above revised information along with a completed permit application. Our letter to <br /> you dated February 24`h contained a Zoning Permit application.
