Denali Custom Homes is pro- <br /> posing to build a new home for the owners of the parcel, Mr_ and Mrs. <br /> Steve Andersen. Problems finding areas for the septic system have <br /> been uncovered. A number of variances are being requested. Without <br /> the variances the Andersens would not be able to use the property as <br /> the zoning permits.
