Our engineer has reviewed <br /> the survey and has the following comments: <br /> 1. The as-built should fully depict the area covered in the approved plan for the development. In particular the as- <br /> built should show the complete drainage system up until it connects to the city system at the north east corner. <br /> 2. Although flat-bottomed,the approved plan had the pond drain to the north. The approved plan shows the <br /> lowest contour interval at 933. As-built portions of the pond sit a foot below the invert elevation of the culvert <br /> inlet. The as-built has two(2) high points in it that will and are causing water to pool.
