The pond was not built to the <br /> approved plan and I've told the developer he needs to get the pond fixed prior to us signing off on an as built and closing <br /> out the project. The pond is supposed to be generally flat bottomed but should drain to the north through the culvert <br /> at the north end. As built there are currently two low spots that are up to a foot below the deign elevation and culvert <br /> inlet elevation causing standing water for long durations.
