Therefore, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention <br /> Plan (SWPPP) must be submitted for review in accordance with Sec. 79 of the City Code. The minimum $2,000 <br /> sediment and erosion control financial security should also be required of the owner for this permit. <br /> • Retaining Wall Plan and proposed grading differs between the survey and Retaining Wall Plan. The survey calls <br /> out the top of wall at 983.5 while the retaining wall plan calls out the top of wall at 983.0. <br /> • The applicant will be required to obtain a Minnehaha Creek Watershed District permit for erosion control. A <br /> copy of the approved permit should be submitted to the City. <br /> I also have additional comments which need to be addressed: <br /> • The current building application is only for a retaining wall, but the survey calls for a proposed deck. If a deck is <br /> being proposed, a separate permit application must be submitted with all the necessary requirements.
