Please address the issues outlined within <br /> the memo as well as below in order for our plan review to continue: <br /> 1. The Ciry will not permit a 2�d curb cut/driveway approach per City Code Section 18-136 please revise your survey <br /> to reflect only one driveway access to the public road; <br /> 2. Hardcover zone (setback from the OHWL) must be indicated on the survey; <br /> 3. Hardcover must be calculated according to the appropriate zone (property is estimated by staff to be split <br /> between the 250'-500'and 500'— 1000'zones) on the sheet(s) provided; <br /> 4. A Building Permit application is required for the construction of retaining walls 4'and over. According to your <br /> submitted plans the retaining wall is 4'or greater. Please complete the attached Building Permit application and <br /> submit. An additional permit fee will apply; and <br /> 5.
