The existing deck, associated staircase, and fire-pit partly within tlie 0- <br /> 7�' zone and 75'-250' zoi�e are being removed. <br /> 4. The City Council has considered this application including the findings <br /> and recommendation of the Plannin� Commission, reports by City staff, <br /> conunents by the applicants and the public, and the effect of the proposed <br /> conditional use pernlit and varia�.Zce on the health, safety and welfare of <br /> the community. <br /> 5.
