The existinQ walls were approved as pai�t of an after-the-fact <br /> conditional use pennit review in 1983. <br /> b. The existin�timber walls are deteriorating and in need of repair. <br /> c. All eYistin� uiuzecessaiy walls within 75' of the lake are being <br /> eliminated as part of this replacenlent plan. <br /> d. The existing deck, associated staircase, and fire-pit partly within tlie 0- <br /> 7�' zone and 75'-250' zoi�e are being removed. <br /> 4. The City Council has considered this application including the findings <br /> and recommendation of the Plannin� Commission, reports by City staff, <br /> conunents by the applicants and the public, and the effect of the proposed <br /> conditional use pernlit and varia�.Zce on the health, safety and welfare of <br /> the community. <br /> 5.
