Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. A survey dated 1-10-2017 was submitted; however there are some of the City's survey <br /> requirements missing. Please provide two copies of an updated,full-size certificate of survey which meets all <br /> of the City's survey standards(enclosed): <br /> a. Top of Foundation. The top of foundation elevation is shown on the survey. Please have the surveyor <br /> show the point or spot on the perimeter of the foundation where the top of foundation elevation is in <br /> reference to. Please note, we expect the location to be consistent when submitting the foundation <br /> as-built. <br /> b. Please call out the first floor elevation. <br /> c. Please show all senrice utilities. A well is shown and labeled as irrigation well. Please show the location <br /> of the well that will serve the house. <br /> Please note our engineer has not reviewed the survey,so additional comments may be forthcoming. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a landscape plan must be submitted showing all <br /> the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements,i.e.patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan <br /> should include the name of the individual performing the work. Any proposed patios, �rading, sidewalks, <br /> retaining walls shown on the landscape plan should also be reflected on the'survey. <br /> 3. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed � <br /> District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding <br /> your project. Please note,the City of Orono will not issue a building permit without a copy of the MCWD permit <br /> or documentation stating the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br />
