Buiiding design and construction. <br /> Except within the I-Industrial District, in addition to other restrictions of this chapter, the use, construction, <br /> alteration or enlargements to any building or structure within the district shall meet the following standards <br /> (buildings within the I-Industrial District shall conform to building design and construction standards found in <br /> section 78-826 of the chapter): <br /> (3) No building or structure of a temporary character, trailer, basement, tent or shack shall be <br /> constructed, placed or maintained upon the property except as accessory to and during the <br /> construction of permanent buildings. <br /> (Code 1984, § 10.52(6); Ord. No. 32 3rd series, §4, 3-27-2006) <br /> Sec. 78-1372. Dwelling use prohibited. <br /> No cellar, basement, tent, trailer or accessory building shall at any time be used as an occupied dwelling. <br /> (Code 1984, § 10.03(11)) <br />
