On July 15, 2010, City Staff performed an inspection at the above address and <br /> . observed a tent on the property specifically, violating City Code Sections 78-1066(3) and 78-1372. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance before <br /> August 3, 2010 in order to avoid legal action by the City.
