MCWD is the Local Government Unit(LGU)for Wetland Conservation Act enforcement <br /> within the city of Orono. We are responsible for reviewing and approving/denying wetland delineation reports. On the <br /> application form you provided,the Local Government Unit should be changed from the City of Orono to MCWD,and <br /> under the "Agent/Consultant Information" section,you should enter the information for whoever prepares the report. <br /> Once the wetland delineation report is complete, please make the above-referenced changes to the application form <br /> and submit both items to me.
