Grading/erosion control permit will need to be obtained from watershed district. Kevin <br /> Keenan to pursue this issue. <br /> Millston Road <br /> a. Millston road is a private road in a public right of way <br /> b. Eliminating the city easement is a possibility dependant on the original intent of the easement <br /> i. Most likely easement was implemented in anticipation of future subdivision <br /> ii. Evelyn and Christine will look into language in original document <br /> c. Re-surfacing driveway does not require a city permit <br /> d. Any work at Co. Road 15 may require county permit.Kevin Keenan to pursue with the <br /> county <br /> Setbacks <br /> a. Stoops/landings may be located within setback as long as there is no overhead roof <br /> b. A/C condenser units may be located within setback <br /> c. Well may be located within setback at this specific property <br /> d. Generatar and buried propane tank setback is 10' from property line. Building inspector <br /> (Lyle) and fire chief to have input on propane tank specifics,i.e. relining,etc. <br /> e. Window wells are allowed 3' into setback <br /> i. Retaining wall and landscape feature could replace window well at this specific <br /> property <br /> Temporary Issues <br /> a. Temporary above-ground propane tank allowed within setback <br /> b. Temporary road for construction may require county permit.
