I believe Catherine Bach from the MCWD copied you this past Friday regarding her report on <br /> our Wetland Delineation filing by Wayne Jacobson on May 13. <br /> Hopefully this satisfies the City's requirements for our permit? <br /> As I read the attached letter sent to me by the City on April 30, I think we have the 6 required items covered?? <br /> 1. Kelly Brouwer at Schoborg Land Services is emailing and mailing a hard copy (scaled size) of the <br /> updated survey including the wetland delineation. A digital copy of this revised survey was already <br /> sent directly to the City Engineer for review by Kelly on May 5. <br /> 2. I have already signed the Building permit application. <br /> 3. I spoke with Catherine Bach on Friday about the "unclassified" wetland that may exist based on the <br /> City's files. She said it is not a wetland according to the MCWD, and can send that in writing to the City <br /> if needed. <br /> 4. With the recent ordinance change, it sounded like the vegetation buffer no longer applies to my case? <br /> 5. In an email from Meaghan Watson on Friday, she confirmed that "the project won't trigger the <br /> wetland protection rule, so we can issue this just as an erosion control permit and do not need to <br /> notice the project or approve the delineation prior to issuance." I can copy this email from Meaghan <br /> to you if needed. <br /> 6.
