According to the 06/25/14 as-built survey and <br /> the revised plans dated 03/07/14 which we recently received,the home was constructed one foot longer than originally <br /> approved. The result of this is that the home now exceeds the allowed structure covera�e limit of 15%. The City will <br /> not authorize framing or continuation of the project. <br /> To resolve this,the foundation must be changed and the home must be constructed to the specifications of the <br /> approved 07/09/13 building plans. If the approved 07/09/13 plans are no longer on site, please submit another set for <br /> us to approve and re-stamp. Please submit a revised as-built survey upon correction of the foundation so the project <br /> may proceed.
