. <br /> Sec.13.04 RIGHTS OF SUBJE4TS OF DATA <br /> Subd.1. Type of data. Upon his fwiher req�st,an individual wlw is the subject of <br /> stored private or pub{ic data on individuals shall be shown the data wit�wut any charge to him and,if he desires,shatl be infomted of the concent and <br /> meaning of that data. After an i�ividual has boen shown the private data snd infons�ed of its meaning,ihe data��ecd not be disclosed to him for six <br /> monihs thereatier unless a dispuu or action�rsuant W this s�tion is pending or additional data on the individual has bcen coll�or created.
