JUNK CARS, FURNITURE, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS AND <br /> APPLIANCES STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY. <br /> It is unlawful to park or store any unlicenced,unregistered or inoperable motor vehicle lacking essential parts, <br /> household furnishings or appliances,or parts or components thereof,on any property,public or private,unless <br /> housed within a lawfully erected building. Any violation ofthis Section is declared to be a nuisance and upon <br /> seven days written notice to the owner,as shown by the records in the office of the County Auditor,of private <br /> premises on which such material is found,the City may remove the same and certify the cost of such removal as <br /> any other special assessment.
