CHARGING SAC FOR DUPLEX OR TWIN HOMES
2/11/2002
Per Jody @ Met Council
While updating Govern, I stumbled across some homes that were charged One SAC Unit, but
were Multi-Family homes.
Duplex Homes, or Twin Homes should have been charged Two SAC units, the following
homes were only charged one.
Since this was so long ago, we won't go back and collect for lost units.
If Re-Built
However, if these homes are ever"Rebuilt", determination will need to be made if we need to
collect for any additional units.
How to Determine
If a"Single Family" home were to be rebuilt -this would be a wash and "NO SAC Units" would
be due. (Because one has originally been paid)
If however another"Twin Home" or °Duplex"were rebuilt- "1 SAC Unit" would be due.
(Because one has originally been paid)
If a"Tri or Quad Home" were rebuilt- "2 or 3 SAC Units"would be due. (Because one has
originally been paid)
Rachel Dodge
Deputy Clerk
