These <br /> are homes in which our Aging and Disability Services clients choose to live, where they receive <br /> support and supervision from a service provider under contract with Hennepin County. <br /> Persons with disabilities have chosen to live and work in these neighborhoods, and to utilize their <br /> financial resources to lease the home from the service provider.
