A third, non-permitted curb cut <br /> You were notified of the above violations and given a deadline of November 8, 2010 for compliance. Since that <br /> . time you have discussed with Christine Mattson your plans for bringing your property into compliance with City <br /> � Codes. Ms. Mattson has extended your compliance deadline twice. This letter is your noti�cation that the <br /> _ final extension period will end January 7, 2011. <br /> � This letter is your final notification that you must discontinue the commercial use of your property and remove the <br /> third curb cut by January 7, 2011. <br /> Your property will be reinspected on or about January 7, 2011 for compliance with this notice as well as monitored <br /> to assure compliance with the City's home occupation regulations.
